Broadstone Hall

  Broadstone Hall is a prestigious new development of 21 self-catering apartments designed and purpose built for student living. It consists of a selection of 3, 4, 5 & 6 bedroom apartments all ensuite with spacious living and kitchen areas. All apartments are fully fitted and furnished to the highest standards catering to all student needs and delivered by a friendly and efficient management team.

The Complex
Broadstone Hall is a contemporary style building set in a strategic location in Dublin’s north inner city, located within walking distance of three major third level education institutions – DIT Bolton Street, Kings Inn & NCAD and the vibrant Temple Bar area. It is in a pivotal location between Constitution Hill, Broadstone Park, Kings Inn and Broadstone Station. Broadstone Hall is ideally located adjacent to a Bus Corridor and future LUAS line. Public transport is available directly outside the building with Dublin Bus routes 19, 19A and 83 servicing the city centre and adjacent Colleges.

The design of the 4-storey residence is arranged around a central atrium space, which is dynamic and bright and houses bridge galleries and staircases connecting all the apartments. Broadstone Hall offers students plenty of recreational areas, including two student lounges, a seminar room, reading room, roof deck, pool tables and vending machines. The roof garden allows residents a full view of the city from the top of Constitution Hill. The building is fully secure with authorised access only.

• Distance from Englishour: Broadstone Halls is 25 minutes walk from Englishour. It is also easily accessible by bus. The bus journey takes no longer than 10 mins and is well serviced by bus number 4, 19, 19A, 83, 88, and 140.
• Englishour Discount: The prices shown below are based on quotes we have for July and August 2011. Prices are inclusive. There are no registration or other ancillary charges.

Celtic Halls    

Celtic Halls offer medium-high standard Self-Catering accommodation (self-sufficient houses) in single, double, or triple rooms, with shared services, including kitchen. All our accommodations are conveniently located in the city centre, walking distance from Trinity College or O’Connell street.

• Distance from Englishour: Celtic Halls accommodation varies from 10 to 20 imnutes walk from Englishour, depending on where you stay. The Fitzwilliam complex is 30 minutes walk, but it is serviced by a lot of buses which make the 10 minute journey to the city centre.
• Englishour Discount: The prices shown below are based on quotes we have for July and August 2011. Prices are inclusive. There are no registration or other ancillary charges.
