The school

The school is located right in the heart of Dublin, 100 metres from the famous spire on O'Connell street. The red Luas stops just outside the school, and we are within easy reach of buses and trains. The transport system in Dublin is very centralised, meaning that most buses either terminate in or pass through the city centre - either right beside, or within a few minutes walk from Englishour.

Comprising three storeys, the school has all of the facilities that a student needs - from bright spacious classrooms to fast effective broadband facilities. The students are free to spend their time outside class, checking their emails, browsing the internet, doing their homework assignments! playing games...or just chatting with their new friends in the recreation room.

Our classrooms are equipped with comfortable chairs and a separate table for each student. We use the horseshoe layout so that all students can not only see the teacher and the whiteboard clearly - but they can also see each other! Our aim is to create a relaxed yet stimulating atmosphere in which to learn.
